  4. 1-1/3 c. sugar
  5. 1/3 c. cocoa
  6. 1/3 c. cornstarch
  7. 2 t. instant coffee
  8. 1/4 t. salt
  9.  
  10. 3 c. milk
  11. 3 T. butter
  12. 1-1/2 t. vanilla
  13. 9-inch baked crust
  14. whipped creamCombine first 5 ingredients in saucepan and gradually add
  15. milk until smooth.  Cook and stir, boil for 3 minutes.  Remove
  16. from heat and add butter and vanilla.  Pour into cooled shell. 
  17. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface.  Chill 3 to 4 hours. 
  18. Garnish with whipped cream.  Makes 8 servings.
